Around Christmas time, I received my bottle of Sprizatto. Made from a precise blend of sweet oranges from sicily, bitter citrus fruits from curaca, Sprizzato is a harmonious, well-rounded drink that "takes you to the mediterranean sun in every drop". From the recipes that Sprizatto provided on their website, I decided to make the 'Italian Riviera' - and it was very refreshing to say the least!
