This past week, I was invited by the Lancaster London to sample their new non-alcoholic Seedlip cocktails. Seedlip is the world's first distilled non-alcoholic spirit. The aim is to have a good night without the need to consume alcohol, and to be able to enjoy and savour the taste, without the hangover (or if you're participating in dry January!)

For those that prefer a homegrown taste, Lancaster London have created the Seedlip Garden 108 & Elderflower Tonic (our personal favourite), the Curds Away, and the Seedlip Garden 108 & Apple Soda cocktails.

They have also created the Seedlip Spice 94 & Fever Tree Indian Tonic, Seedlip Spice Martini and Spice Sour, for those who prefer a little kick in their drinks.

All cocktails are shown below and come presented exactly as you see them, retailing at £7 per drink.

As we entered, we were pleasantly greeted and shown to our table. Just from looking around, we felt at ease, and under no pressure to be rushed. The decor itself was perfectly fitting of a traditional Thai restaurant, including decorations such as gold Bhuddas, wall art, and a luxurious red and gold colour scheme creating an inviting atmosphere. It is ideally located right next to Southwark tube station, down a side street. 

To ensure an authentic taste, around 80% of the ingredients are shipped in directly from Thailand, although locally sourced foods are also used.

Both starters were equally delicious, but there are vegetarian options available also.
For all you avid Thai lovers, these were some of the best Thai starters we have EVER had.

On to the mains, and we opted for a Green Thai Chicken Curry with Sticky Rice, and a Panang Chicken (Red Thai Curry) with White Jasmine Rice.
Unfortunately after we finished our mains we were way too full for dessert, however the dessert selection did look amazing.
