At the weekend I decided to trade in my iPhone 5S after noticing a big difference in camera quality between that and the iPhone 6. Since upgrading to the newer iPhone model I am more than pleased to say it was indeed worth it and the little extra money. The thinner model with a smooth metal finish and retina display makes a bloggers life a whole lot easier, especially with the new camera and the ability to capture your favourite videos in 1080p HD. Along with the new 1334x750 display it's not only bigger but better quality. Overall the differences in models are noticeable and in my opinion the newer iPhone 6 weighs out the old model with better battery life, better camera and overall better for a day to day blogger!

Peppersmith make mints and gum that are actively good for your teeth. By steering clear of sugar and only using 100% xylitol which helps reduce plaque and tooth decay. Xylitol is a naturally occurring sugar alternative. It has fewer calories than sugar (40% less), has lower GI and, most importantly, has well established active dental health benefits. Tooth decay starts with harmful bacteria in the mouth which form plaque. Sugary foods give these bacteria energy to multiply and produce acids that dissolve the enamel of the tooth and cause decay. But when bacteria absorb xylitol they can't produce acids and they can't multiply. In fact numbers reduce by 90%. It also prevents them from sticking to teeth so less plaque is formed. Eating xylitol means fewer acid attacks, less bacteria and less plaque which means less decay.
